I was Born in Pa. and I have painted  and drawn since a young girl. 
After graduation from high school,  I attended the Art Institute of Pittsburg and studied to become a fashion illustrator for newspapers.  Now a widow and my sons are grown & married ,I have lots of time for my first love, painting, especially oils.  I love painting boats, the ocean, lighthouses, horses, landscapes and still life.   I still have time to play with my grandson.
My paintings hang in galleries  and have sold in NC & VA. and Penn. and other states.

I am the current co-President of the SSA.
