HyeJa Billie was born and raised in South Korea. She came to the USA to study abroad due to her curiosity and desire to explore life on the other side of world. She found her artistic talent by taking art classes and she eventually received a degree in Visual Arts: Graphic Design B.A at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Maryland. She fell in love with Watercolor and Acrylic mediums and created works of art that portray impressions of nature in exquisite detail using line, vibrant color and whimsical moments. HyeJa’s artistic pursuits show appreciation for our blessings with nature and our relationship with others. She lives in Chesapeake, Virginia with her lovely husband and two sweet children.
