I studied art for 2 years in college before changing my major. In the past 10 years I've taken workshops and classes in watercolor, illustration and drawing. In July I had the privilege to attend a workshop with Mary Whyte to study portrait painting. My favorite watercolor subjects are wildlife and portraits. I've also enjoyed photography since I was young.
My Summer 2020 project includes paintings for note cards as a fund raiser for Jack Pine Stables, a riding program for special needs riders in Walker, MN.
