While growing up in Norfolk, my love of nature was inspired by the Norfolk City Park, Norfolk Botanical Gardens and are beautiful rivers and beaches. Our family has lived in Chesapeake for over 40 years. Many years ago I had taken a few classes at different recreation centers, and most recently I have taken classes with a local artist. I love oil painting. It is exciting to continue to learn new techniques, mediums, and forms of expression. I have always enjoyed museums and shows and the people they attract.
