Raised in Miami, Florida, Vicki worked as a commercial artist on newspapers, brochures and mail order catalogues. After coming to Tidewater in 1978, she attended TCC and earned a degree in drafting and design. She loves working in all mediums and subjects. She has been a member of CBW for 10 years.
